Gay & Lesbian Across Down (GLAD) aims to engage with & improve the quality of life of lesbian, gay & bisexual people living in or visiting County Down. We provide appropriate, sustainable & safe opportunities for social networking and self help support.

GLAD was established in March 2007 with the initial aim to cover North Down & Ards. The group was the relaunched with a new name, vision & a wider range of services accross County Down in March 2008.

GLAD is run entirely by volunteers who meet monthly to plan future events & activities. We are always keen to attract new volunteers & will make an effort to match your skills & interests to our needs.
